Purpose: WingTick is a bird‑recording application designed for personal and community use.

Accounts: You must sign in using a supported provider (Google, Microsoft, or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

Content: Bird sightings you record are stored in the system and may be visible to other users depending on app features. You agree not to submit false or harmful data.

User alias: You may choose an alias to display instead of your real name.

Termination: You may delete your account at any time. Your personal information will be anonymized, but your sightings will remain.

Liability: WingTick is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app.

Changes: We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of WingTick constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
